Accepting These Terms

Read these terms and the service details before using MotifDraft. They apply when the policy status is Effective; until then this page is a draft for review. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility and Accounts

Local editing needs no account. Optional cloud saving, orders and tickets require sign-in. Keep access credentials secure and report unauthorized access. Signing in does not upload local projects.

Your Uploaded Content

Choose images you own or have permission to use. The editor processes images locally to generate the requested pattern; no source image is included in downloaded project JSON. Keep your own copies of source material.

Generated Patterns and Usage Rights

You retain your existing rights. Personal or commercial use of a chart depends on the source-image and material-data licenses; generation grants no third-party rights. Keep required credits. AI effect images are illustrations, not photographs of tested crafts.

Acceptable Use

Use content lawfully. Do not infringe rights, upload unlawful material to online services, bypass access or payment controls, disrupt the service or disclose passwords and payment details in support requests.

Paid Features and Billing

One payment for 30 or 365 days. No automatic renewal. Benefits start after verified payment; an active pass is extended from its expiry.

All five local makers remain free.

Purchasing requires an enabled payment connection, matching products and complete publication settings.

Cancellation and Refunds

Confirmed refunds reduce the time from this order proportionally. During review this order's membership is held; rejection restores the original entitlement without extending its term.

Request a refund review from Orders or support with the order ID and reason. Do not send card details. Reviews consider delivery problems, duplicate charges, usage and applicable mandatory rights. Approval and provider confirmation are required; payment-provider processing times vary. A request is not a confirmed refund.

Service Limitations

All five makers support up to 160 × 160 on Free and 400 × 400 with an active Maker Plus membership. Existing oversized charts remain viewable, trackable and exportable after expiry; editing them requires Plus. Screen colors are approximate. Complete garment or toy construction, foundation-chain instructions, actual-size bead placement templates and material-length estimates are not provided. Physical craft samples have not yet been validated. Review the chart key and test your materials.

100 cloud projects, folders, 20 saved versions, charts up to 400 × 400, delivery bundles and custom print covers. No AI credits included.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted for abuse, security risks or unpaid or reversed transactions. We will explain the reason when practicable; contact support to dispute a restriction. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Local backups remain on your device.

Liability and Applicable Law

The operator is based in China. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights take precedence; these terms do not require exclusive jurisdiction or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first to seek a resolution.

Use the help page, the published support email or an account ticket. We first reply within 72 hours of receiving your message; resolution may take longer. Downloading a request draft does not send it.
